Techniques to Regrow your Hair and Stop Hair Loss


For only 15 to 30 minutes everyday, you can regrow naturally your lost hair.

To stop hair loss this techniques should be done each day, and concentrate in this order. The application for the olive oil stimulation will be used at the first 8 days and randomly after that. The application for the garlic stimuation should be used everyday after the applying olive oil stimuation.

3. Garlic stimulation
4. Olive Oil Cleansing
5. Gravity head
6. Hair Pulling
7. Head Tap

Everything can be done virtually while your are watching television or relaxing at home. More than 10 minutes a day would be ideal in anyway to stop hair loss.

At least doing it 10 minutes in the morning 10 in the afternoon and more than 10 minutes in the everning. The more you do these techniques, the quicker your results should be. Sequence of post will be done explaining the specific steps of the techniques to stop hair loss.

Diet Supplements to prevent Hair Loss

Water

To grow hair in a proper way, the techniques and exercises shown should be followed in a right schedule and sequence plan, you can cheat on your diet and still stop hair loss and start to grow hair or new hair.

To stop hair loss you need to drink a lot of water and stay hydrated to aid the blood in carrying nutrients and oxygen to your hair. A minimum of 64 ounces.

The way to add energy to your water is to swirl it in a windmill motion. This will cause the water to regenerate witn natural electricity and helps grow hair.

Diet

Now there a re a lot of modern preservation methods and chemical additives, and processing rob the foods we eat of their nutrients. So you need to eat natural and unprocessed foods as much as possible. Fruits and Vegetables are great diet eating exercise to stop hair loss.

When cooking your food make sure not to overcook, because overcooking also robs foods of their nutrients.

Heads Up Position

One of the exercises to stop hair loss is the heads up exercise, you will have to sit with your back straight. Bring your chin down to touch your chest, and then slowly tilt your head back as far as possible, repeat this 5 times.

This helps open up the blood flow to and from the head and helps to grow hair.

With regards to this if you are doing it 100 repetitions each day, your eyesite will get better. A lot better i may say. You will notice the difference of your eyesite with in two weeks while you are driving.

But you have to be aware that building up to the 100 or break it up into a few different sessions because if do that many at first you probably will develop a headache from tight and sore muscles.

This exercise is a very powerful technique overall to prevent hair loss. Please be reminded that to prevent hair loss you must be also aware of cleanliness.

The Neck Massage

To prevent hair loss neck massage is needed because a lot of people have a lot of tension in their necks from stress so hair loss comes. This causes a blockage of blood flow uo to the head.

To prevent hair removal you need a good constant blood flow to maintain and have healthy hair. So all you have to do is massage the back of your neck for a few second here and there throughout the day to stop hair loss.

There should be no hair removal after this with the previous methods, and you might have constant hair growth. You will also need to massage the front of your neck in order to stimulate your thyroid. The thyroid controls the level of hormone production so hair loss comes.

By massaging the thyroid area of the neck, you may help stimulate the balanced release of hormones to grow hair. This balance aids in hair development and to stop hair loss.

Nail Scratch

Nail scratch is much similary than brush scratch but without a brush. It is one of the best way to grow hair after a while. To prevent hair lossuse your fingertips on the top of your head, slightly bend your fingers and use your nails to scratch your head.

Do this fairly fast and be firm. Do it all over your head, especially your problem areas or the hair loss areas. Keep doing this until your head tingles and feels warm. This would allow to grow the hair soon.

Brush Scratch or Tap

Whenever you have some time you can use bristle brush to brush scratch your head. Do it for some minute, this is good to do after the other important techniques so you can get a good tingling feeling on your head.

Some people give up doing this technique. Its a two to three month process, persevere even of you don't feel much tingling on your head.

For the Brush tap, its better to use wire brush and tap your head with a light to medium force. Again this would be good to do for a few seconds after your done with the main techniques.

Circulation Scalp Push

The Scalp Circulation push is helpful mainly to the front or your head/hair where it generally recedes. This area usually has a hard time getting a good constant blood supply.

So you need to do isforce the blood into that area with the circulation push. Take your index and middle fingers an put them in front of the middle of your ears, which is right about where your jaw ends. Then you simply push up past your temples with thos 2 fingers forcing blood into the scalp.

Do this a few times. This is one technique you do not want to go overboard with. Do this 5 times for each side of your face. Later on you can do more, but each time you do this don't do it any more than 5 times.

You might feel headache if you overdo it.

Gravity Head (Hanging Head)

In this method you don't need to use your hands. What you should do is lie on your back with your head hanging slightly over the foot of the bed. Gravity does the work for you by having the blood rush to your head. It will stimulates blood flow and circulation of blood to your hair.

It would be better doing scalp massage while in this position. This is very effective, altough it's higher than the rest of your bed. This way when you sleep, gravity is pusing blood to your hair.

This way you get hours of gravity working for you instead of the day when its working against you.

The Head Tap

Head tapping stimulates not only your hair but also brain activity. The way of doing this is to close your hand into loose fists. With a loose wrist action, lightly hit all over your head for a minute.

You can do this whenever you have free time as same as the other methods. Do this a few times to keep the hair stimulation constant throughout the day and night.

Hair Pulling System

Hair pulling is the best way to energize the hair roots and stimulates blood circulation. The way is to use your hand by grabbing your hair and pull it. Do it all over the whole head, just do it on a relax and simple way just not doing it so hard that will pull your hair out. Pull the hair on a firm method to stimulate enough circulation going to your hair roots and papilla.

After a minute you will start to feel tingling in your head, which indicates a good sign. Its coming alive, thingling should last a few minutes after you are done pulling your hair.

Doing this method will only needs few minutes each time you do it, maybe two or three minutes maximum. Pull your hair anytime you get a chance, especially watching television. Just a few seconds of your time.

Make sure to concentrate on the areas near where your hair is thinning or receding.

Just remember not to focus on if ahir falls out when you do this. That hair was coming out soon regardless, whether because of a new hair pushing it out or the papilla was weak. Some hair will fall out as you pull. Just make sure not to make it really hard pull.

Olive Oil Treatment

There are 77% monounsaturated fatty acids from olive oil, 14% saturated fatty acids, and 9% polyunsaturated fatty acids, plus vitamine E and Vegetable mucilage.

Olive oil is best for the treatment for dry hair. Although not as powerful as garlic still it is stron in penertating the scalpp and treating your hair.

In this procedure you just need to do massage using olive oil on your scalp for 8 nights continuously as living it overnight.

Olive oil will not necessary make your hair grow in 8 days but it help clean out your hair from years of excess buildup from the commercial products you have used.

You probably get used of using shampoos and conditioners over the years.

You should make it a habit to use a different shampoo conditioner at least 2 times a week. You should noticec a difference in the texture of your hair immediately.

Another way that you could do when you think of skipping olive oil treatment and going straight to the garlic treatment to use at least a hotoil treatment on your hair.

Garlic Application

The most uncomfortable method of all is this kind of Garlic stimulation, and we know why. Here are some background of it to let you understand.

This technique is a very simple one, at least you need to slice open one to three cloves of garlic and rub the juices all over your head, especially the bald spots and thinning areas, let it dry on your scalp for at least an hour.

Garlic application method is the most powerful of all of this sequence because it stimulates blood circulation. Garlic has all the nutrients the hair needs, on top of that it has strong penetrative powers, especially when used topically it penetrates to your head easily, besides garlic contains a lot of sulfur.

Garlic contains zinc which most people who are balding lack in their diets. Garlic also contains copper that helps maintain hair color.

You should be rubbing the juices of garlic into your scalp 2 times a day.

For additional complain on this, if you rub garlic into your scalp during the day you will have to let it dry and leave it. This is unpleasant because of how it makes your hair look and the smell it gives you off. Doing it at night and sleep with it drying in your hair, your pillow case will of course smells of the garlic.

I suggest you do it at night and put some sort of shower cap on your head while you sleep. Whenever possible put it on your scalp when nobody is around during the day or early evening. Then wash it out an hour or two later.

If you really want to have a great hear of hair, this is just something your going to have to put up with for 2 months or so.

After 2 months, you can do it randomly three to four times a week for 1 to 2 hours as maintenance.

Note during the first start of this program, the first eight days you need to skip this garlic stimulation because you will be using olive oil.

Once 8 days are finish you can switch to garlic.

Fingernail Shine / Buffing

To do this method, take the fingernails of on hand and rub them directly across the fingernails of the other hand. Rub them faster and faster against each other.

Do this method for as long as you can or maybe at least a minute. Then stop and hold your hands relaxed. You should feel an electrical energy in your hands. Repeast this at least of few more times.

It would be better to work up to do this 3 times a day and a 5 minutes each time. You can do this whenever you are not doing anything, 30 seconds here and there will work too.

Although this seems an unrelative way creating hair growth, the reason is that it works because it stimulates a direct nerve pathway to the hair.

Your whole body will be stimulated usign fingerbuffing method and not just only your hair. You will feel or should start noticing an energy boost after a week of doing this method.

Scalp Massage

This is the First technique in the whole program. It is simple and very effective. There are two ways to do the scalp massage. First way is to put your fingers on your head. Keep them straight and firm.

Do not bend your fingers during the massage, just keep the finers of each hand about and inch away from the fingers of the other hand. Push the fingers into the scalp towards each other so that the skin on the scalp could lift up. If your fingers touch doing this, just push orderly in a relax manner.

There will be times when you pysh down ito your scalp and your fingers slip into each other. It is natural.

Keep doing this first step until you get the technique right so that you puch into the scalp and not push into your other fingers. Just remember to keep your fingers as straight as possible.

Pushing should be firm, even the skin on the scalp hardly moves. Do not be too concern if you dont notice it at first. With regular activity and practice you will get it. The skin on the scalp lifting up is not the goal, it is just a helpful way to know you are pushing into your scalp the correct way.

This can also be done by you in minicircles. When you do it like this your fingers do not have to be one inch apart, they can be on the opposite sides of your head.

With this it may be harder to tell if the skin lifts up on the scalp. SO just concentrate on pushing into your head with these circles. Again just remember to keep your fingers straight and firm.

Also push in with the pads on your fingertips, not your fingernails. In eitherway, just do these for a couple of seconds in each spot. Move the fingers to another area and do again. Do this until you did each area on your head. Repeat this at least two more times over the whole head.

If you could do more it would be better. Remember to push into the scalp. Don't just do surface pushes and circles that are superficial. You need to be firm.

There is another technique that is similar to this called nail scratching. The reason about this is because that it is very similar and more superficial. Understanding the scalp massage is for you needed to be firm and to push properly into the scalp.

Pay more attention to the thinning, receding, and balding areas.

However, do teh whole head so you can get a food blood supply to those thinning, receding, and balding areas that area weaker. The blood supply has the hardest time getting to the top of the head and the temple areas.

The least damaged areas will be where you see the first sign of new hair growth first. However, the growth process of the first batch of new hairs should grow in pretty evenly. After that, those new hairs will grow in more unevenly.
